I have been getting my lashes permed at a salon for years, but, just as I did with tinting some years back, decided to try the process at home. At my salon, the tech always commented on how long and full my lashes were and she always used the largest size rod she had. I ordered these, because I figured the mediums would be too small.My eyes are fairly normal in size and I found the rods too long, which made them more difficult to bend to the shape of my eye and apply so that both the inner and outer corners of my lashes could be applied to the rod. One of the youtube instructional videos I watched suggested cutting the rod. I'll try that next time. Applying the rod was really frustrating. It's supposed to be sticky, but I found that it was not sticky enough.
